The Employee Happiness Awards (EHA) is a global initiative proudly created by Eventyst, a Dubai-based events company with a passion for building platforms that celebrate people-centric organizations. At EHA, we believe that employee happiness is not just an HR metric — it’s the heartbeat of any successful business. Our mission is to honor companies and leaders who place their people at the center of their growth strategies.
After multiple successful editions in the UAE and KSA, we are thrilled to announce the launch of Employee Happiness Awards Singapore and Malaysia, further expanding our vision across Asia.

In recognition of the authenticity and transparency of our judging process, EHA is a proud recipient of the Awards Trust Mark by the Independent Awards Standard Council. This certification is a validation to our “Winners on Merit Only” ethos.

Nomination Process

It’s a simple 4-steps process, from start to finish

Submission of Online
Nomination Form

All aspiring nominees from Singapore and Malaysia are required to submit an online nomination form that requests basic company information, the categories they wish to participate in, and a brief write-up on why they deserve to win in their chosen categories. Please note you can nominate in maximum 4 company categories.

Announcement of
Finalists

On the basis of the brief write-up in the online nomination form, deserving companies will be announced as the finalists of the Employee Happiness Awards 2025.

Presentations to the
Jury

All finalists will be required to make a 20-minute presentation to the EHA Jury to further substantiate their nominations. The presentations will be held virtually and the Jury will identify the winners on the basis of these presentations.
